Food & Drink Stalls
If you would like to run a food and drink stall, please note that you must be registered with your local food authority, have a documented food safety system. All food handlers must have Level 2 certificates a current gas safety record for any LPG equiopment and installation. You must also have a licence to trade, public liability insurance and a risk assessment. We will need copies of all relevant documents before confirming your application.
Stalls selling merchandise
If you would like to sell non-food products, you will need a street trading licence, and public liability and a risk assessment.
